Supacaser ("we", "us", "our") operates the website supacaser.com and the application at app.supacaser.com. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.

Content You Create

We store the case studies, project descriptions, and other content you create using our service. This data is necessary to provide our core functionality.

Usage Data

We track token usage, feature usage, and generation history to provide our service, enforce plan limits, and improve the product.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. We do not store your credit card details. LemonSqueezy provides us with your subscription status, plan type, and billing dates.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain our service
• To process your transactions and manage your subscription
• To send important service updates (account, billing, security)
• To improve our AI models and service quality
• To enforce our Terms of Service

3. AI Processing

Your project information and chat messages are sent to OpenAI's API to generate case studies. OpenAI processes this data according to their API data usage policy. As of the date of this policy, OpenAI does not use API inputs/outputs to train their models.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting
• OpenAI — AI content generation
• LemonSqueezy — payment processing
• Vercel — website hosting

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or billing purposes.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your case studies
• Withdraw consent for data processing

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not currently use tracking or advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure authentication via Supabase, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.

9. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our website.
