Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Supacaser, operated by Supacaser ("we", "us", "our"). By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Supacaser is an AI-powered tool that helps service professionals create case studies from their project work. The service includes a web application, AI chat interface, and content export functionality.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to use our service
• One person or entity per account — sharing accounts is not permitted

3. Plans and Payments

Free Plan

The Free plan includes a one-time allocation of tokens. Free tokens do not refresh monthly.

Paid Plans

Paid plans (Basic, Pro) are billed monthly or annually. Tokens refresh at the start of each billing period. Unused tokens do not roll over to the next period.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan.

Refunds

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error.

4. Your Content

You own your content. Case studies, project descriptions, and any other content you create using Supacaser belong to you. We do not claim ownership over your content.

By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the service (including sending it to AI providers for generation).

5. AI-Generated Content

• Case studies are generated using AI based on information you provide
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before publishing
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content
• You should not include confidential client information without appropriate permissions

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Fabricate client testimonials, results, or project details
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or token restrictions
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI prompts

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supacaser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be error-free, suitable for any particular purpose, or free from intellectual property claims.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your content may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Supacaser operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
